How to Replace the Gearbox for MT-2 40cc 4-Stroke Mini Dirt Bike Print

Instructions:

Tools Required:

A #10 wrench A #8 allen wrench A new gearbox

STEP 1: Use the #8 wrench to remove the 4 screws securing the gearbox

Use the #10 wrench and #8 allen wrench to remove the screw securing the gearbox

STEP 2: Replace the gearbox

Securing the screws.

STEP 3: Taking down the chain from the chain disc.

Install the chain on the front gear first, then spin the wheel to set up chain on chain disc.
